The Synopsis

Across nine action-packed chapters, follow Martin Williams on his unorthodox career. That career? A hitman for his paymasters The Firm.

As an organization with global reach, The Firm does business with all sorts of characters of “less than stellar repute.” Corrupt officials, greedy businessmen, war criminals: all welcomed into the team. Inevitably, some of these unsavory sort get their own ideas that they can cheat, steal, or otherwise bite the hand that feeds.

And when that day comes, The Firm’s top employee invariably comes knocking. From racing freezing waters in the sinking RMS Titanic to dodging artillery bursts in the depths of the Korean War, Martin lets nothing stand in the way of his next payday.

After all, he knows failure is not an option. Or else he’ll find himself at the top of the next assignment list.
